Dutcham Inclusion & Diversity Committee (2/2022)

End of 2019 was the start of Dutcham D&I Committee – a special delegation of senior level managers from Dutch companies – in the first place with the purpose of working together on "Female Empowerment".

The Committee has now grown into a solid network where experiences and challenges are shared in the overall field of Diversity & Inclusion. In addition to gender equality, the Committee also focuses on equal opportunities regardless of colour, origin, orientation or belief. Inspiring, internal projects are exchanged between Dutcham member-companies in order to learn and grow together. New learnings are developed with the support of external experts and specialists via regular roundtables. Concrete projects are set up together with independent organizations such as UN Women. Today 18 important Dutch companies based in Brazil actively participate in this bimonthly working group, under the supervision of the "Committee Ambassador", Mrs. Patricia Frossard (Country Manager at Philips Brazil).

Our Diversity & Inclusion Committee will gather virtually, on a closed-door meeting, on Tuesday, 17th May 2022, for its second meeting of the year.
