Dutcham Workshop on Unconscious Biases

The Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Brazil (Dutcham), in close collaboration with KPMG, invites you to this workshop where you will learn more about unconscious biases and the need to break mental patterns in favor of the theme "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion".

This topic is relevant and necessary because it involves prejudices, stereotypes or biased thoughts about a particular topic or social group, which induce harmful decisions and behaviors. Our experts will bring to the table important clarifications that can improve relationships within corporations, and contribute to the good performance of professionals and better development of skills in the job market.
