EuroCham Business Resilience Awards 2021

The European Chamber of Commerce will host a special event this December to recognize the resilience of our members during COVID-19 and look forward to 2022 with optimism now that the pandemic is being brought under control.

The event will bring European business leaders together for the first time after months of lockdowns, social distancing, and travel restrictions. We want to create a space for our members to reconnect and look ahead to a more positive, optimistic 2022 after the challenges of the pandemic.

More about EuroCham's Business Resilience Awards Night 

The event will be held on Friday 3rd of December. EuroCham plans to host a simultaneous, in-person event at hotels in Hanoi, HCMC, and Da Nang. This should enable more members to join without having to travel to one single location.

Of course, even though Vietnam is opening up again and public health restrictions are easing, the situation could change at short notice. Therefore, we are also working on a backup, online alternative so that the event can still go ahead if government restrictions prevent us from meeting in person.

Award Categories and Criteria 

The event will recognize the best of European business in EuroCham's business awards. Nominations are now open (more details below) and, alongside the usual award on green and sustainable business, we will celebrate the resilience and the companies who have supported Vietnam and their workers during COVID-19.

• Best initiative to support Vietnam during the 4th wave of COVID-19
• Best management initiative to support workers, staff & their families
• Best green & sustainable business

DBAV supports EuroCham with the yearly business awards. This year, EuroCham will use a different format: "Champions League". This means that for each of the above categories, DBAV will nominate two companies to go on to the final.  

We are calling for our members to join the First Round of DBAV to select the DBAV Business Resilience Champions!
