KenInvest Seminar on business registration, treasury proposals, KRA and immigration

NLBH will hosts a breakfast seminar in Nairobi together with our partners KenInvest (www.invest.go.ke). The topics include business registration (registering a business, choosing the appropriate legal entity for your business, how to effect change of directorship, tax implications of different business structures, etc.).
