The Orange Track is looking for young professionals!
The Embassy of The Netherlands in Mexico and Holland House Mexico would like to invite young professionals to their joint mentorship program in Mexico, called the Orange Track.
The objective of this mentorship program is to create a platform that accelerates the personal and professional development of mentees through advice, guidance, feedback and by sharing experiences from the mentors. The program will create a network of experienced and involved mentors and motivated mentees.
This year we are launching the pilot program, and in order to ensure quality, the program will begin with a small group of 10 couples, in which gender balance being sought. Both mentors and mentees should commit for a period of one calendar year to the program.
Benefits
Mentees commit to dedicate around 90 minutes per month to coaching session(s) with their mentor, as well as additional time to implement the ideas and initiatives generated these sessions. These are guidelines. It is up to the mentor and mentee how they want to spread their time and attention and how follow-up is shaped.
Furthermore, mentors and mentees are invited to a kick-off session, a mid-term event, and a closing event. Both mentor and mentee agree to fill out an evaluation form at least 2 times a year, in combination with possible follow up questions from the organization.
