Exit Taxes: Leaving the Netherlands

We cordially invite all NBC Members and Pre-Members to join us at the webinar Exit Taxes, which will take place on Wednesday, 26 April 2023 at 1 PM GST (11.00 CET).

In this webinar, Joost de Leeuw, will present an overview of tax issues and solutions surrounding the outbound (away from the Netherlands) migration of companies and company owners. These issues are common and will be familiar to many of our members:

1. When the entrepreneur moves, and the company does not
2. When the company moves, and the entrepreneur does not
3. Entrepreneur and company both move
4. Part of the company moves
5. Discussion about whether there has been a move

Besides the insightful presentation, there will be room for a Q&A session. 

Joost de Leeuw is a senior consultant with DTS and manager of their Amsterdam location. He focuses on the Asia and Middle East regions and advises his clients about international tax situations, both inbound and outbound. This typically includes: country comparison; tax treaty application; exit tax and transfer pricing. 

DTS Tax Solutions is a boutique (20 staff) tax advisory firm based out of Amsterdam and Arnhem, specialized in Dutch and international tax advice for internationally minded entrepreneurs, investors and companies. They aim to combine Big 4 quality with an informal, personal approach.
