The training will provide you with analytical tools and a framework for your US Strategy.
During this one-day training, you will work in teams on a business case, devising a strategy to bring a new product into the US market. You will implement a proven strategic framework that is based on the view that market boundaries and industry structure are not a given and can be reconstructed by the actions and beliefs of the market’s players.
