On 15 November 2023, and in close cooperation with Brazilian Transfer Pricing specialists from Alma Law, Atlas Tax Lawyers will proudly host an exclusive round table session on the latest transfer pricing developments in Brazil. As you likely know, Brazil aligned its current safe-harbored and fixed margin-based Transfer Pricing regime with the OECD’s arm’s length standard. Our friends from Alma Law have prepared for this most welcome shift for years. Back home, they are currently advising numerous Brazilian and foreign MNEs on the impact of these changes, the risks and the opportunities that arise. We invited Francisco Lisboa Moreira and Alexandre Monteiro to our offices in Amsterdam, to share their experiences and best practices with you. They will present the highlights, provide real live examples, and discuss key considerations with you.

They will take the opportunity to also present other important tax developments in Brazil, such as the long-awaited simplification of Brazil’s indirect tax system. Also noteworthy, your attendance to the round table will be awarded with drinks afterward and (2) complimentary NOB PE credits.
