A particular emphasis will be placed on determinants of value in local acquisitions and items that have the largest impact on the ultimate transaction price. In the due diligence section, we will focus on the most common financial risks in the acquisition of medium-sized Polish companies and how a good due diligence process would detect them. We will also discuss the impact of the war in Ukraine on the valuations and risk profiles of local companies.
