Webinar: Simple and fearless implementation of whistleblower protection in the company

The Netherlands-Polish Chamber of Commerce, together with VON ZANTHIER & DACHOWSKI, invites you to a practical webinar explaining how to easily and effectively implement whistleblower protection in your company.

The training will be conducted by experts from VON ZANTHIER & DACHOWSKI, which for 30 years has been effectively advising Polish and foreign entrepreneurs in the field of law and taxes.

The patron of the event is the Association Employers' from Wielkopolska (Wielkopolski Związek Pracodawców).

The need to implement whistleblower protection stems from the provisions of an EU directive in force since 2022. Despite the fact that the regulations are still waiting to be implemented in the Polish legal order, experts of the law firm VON ZANTHIER & DACHOWSKI, have already carried out implementations in Poland for clients from DACH countries and the Netherlands.

During the webinar, the experts will share their experiences, useful conclusions and focus on the best ways to implement whistleblower protection in an organization. They will show you that this obligation can be implemented in a simple, painless and effective way.

Among other things, the program will answer the following questions:

1. What actions should an employer take to make the implementation of whistleblower protection effective?
2. How to choose the people responsible for protecting whistleblowers in the organization?
3. 3 What kind of reports can occur in an organization and how to respond to them?
4. How to choose the right tool for reporting violations?
5. How to organize the process of receiving reports step by step? Important deadlines and procedures.
6. As part of a case study, a concrete example of terminating a whistleblower.
